1. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise it, inform us (Claraven, support@claraven.com) by a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and within 14 days, using the same means of payment you used.

3. Early performance & loss of the right — digital services

      Claraven is a digital service supplied immediately. By starting
      to use a paid generation before the 14-day period ends, you
      expressly request that performance begin during the
      withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of
      withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (§ 18 FAGG /
      Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83). This consent is collected at checkout.
